You can just feel it. Waterfox was one of the first widely distributed 64-Bit browsers on the web and quickly gained a loyal following. It's not like memory is even that expensive. Everything these days is measured in micro and nano seconds.
Just use 32-bit firefox regardless of OS since it's better and wastes less resources. Otherwise, it will tell you it can't install while chrome is running, and the installer will quit.

I hate Google Chrome but I do like Vivaldi as it seems to be able to run alot of my extensions more fluently in both 32 and 64bit version. Not necessarily for regular web browsing but for complex applications. Firefox 64-bit for Windows, by design, has limited support for plugins and users will notice that certain sites requiring plugins that worked in previous 32-bit versions of Firefox might not work We buy memory to use it, not to leave it empty. I know it from experience.
