If you uninstall this program it will revert to the old drivers and you will no longer have the issue.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. You might want to look for a update to the cooler usb driver if it is taking too much cpu time. ive attached the minidumps and also a text file with my pc's basic specs. I used the MS debugger and found the problem to be with a driver file (go figure) called libusb0.sys.
