BSOD When Hovering Over IE10 On Taks Bar

I have two monitors but regardless of the monitor I put chrome on, the problem remains. Will be back to Firefox if this can't be fixed. i am using the most recent version of chrome as of 6/22/12 and i have experienced problems with opened and minimized windows.
