I say this because I have configured my browser (IE) to distrust all web sites and allow none other than those in my Trusted Sites list to install software Add-ons. Once I get notified that I'm allowed to access it, I'll try it then. This worked for me anyways. I downloaded Firefox and that works perfectly, but I an unhappy about not being able to fix IE as it is my browswer of choice. So my idea now is to unistall Fallout 4 and reinstall, maybe it corrupted some files, install windows 10 since they told me you have to install new drivers again, and Safe mode with and without network.
