I only have windows on a DVD so I need the drive to install the OS. A new LowerFilters value containing PxHelp20 is listed in the Registry Editor window. perhaps its just the installation. I did not note which was HD and which was the CD/DVD drive (rookie mistake.) When I reassembled it all, I put the CD/DVD in Primary, and the HD in Secondary.
