I followed the steps to find the drive on Disk Management and it is there, with a Healthy(Partition). I have the exact same problem with my seagate expansion (2TB).

Open Computer Management by launching Windows Explorer, Right-Clicking on My Computer, and selecting the "Manage" options 2. Kindly help if I do the initialize first and can do recovery as well? I have installed the drive in another box think and now works just fine. The only two available options when right click are Properties and Help.
