I finally found a fix, and thought I would share it. HP is particularly negligent when it comes to pushing out the newest drivers, they're frequently many months or well over a year behind. it just looks like cmd window type 'list volume' and enter it will list down all volumes of hard disk if your volume 1 is missing (you can findout it by Verify that you have a Signature Collision by holding your mouse over the drive.
