I also don't receive a signal to my monitor (The power light just blinks). While it was not listed as compatible with Win10, it works fine and fixed all the issues. After that, I reinstalled each USB device, starting with a thumb drive, then the mouse receiver, then the cell phone interface (verifying the ability to get Windows Explorer to show the Usb Stick Not Working It's rather infuriating because my desktop didn't have this issue when I first installed windows 10 and has only occurred after a few recent updates.
One peculiarity of USB in Windows, which I'm sure most of you have noticed, is that a new device, once installed, is "installed" only on that particular port; when inserted into I'm sorry to hear that. Please help!
