I've tried a lot of fixes to no avail, tried option 1 and 3 but no dice, the "DontRefresh" registry won't show anywhere, also tried the delete and restore thing. I have Outlook 2010 x64 also installed and some other applications. I also did a search for DontRefresh in my registry but there weren't any entries for this.
