Now treating customers like cows to be milked and herded through pastures is considered normal. We check routinely once a week for updates. It's a bummer that I need to buy a more costly license, in order to have what used to be basic functionality.

it doesn't matter if you are on a laptop or desktop, it's easy to change the hdd so no excuse. my co-workers have run the latest windows updates and no issues.
